We are excited to offer a complete made-to-measure service with Solid Surface. The possibilities are endless.

Perfectly suited to bespoke and commercial bathrooms, we can craft a wash basin to your specific requirements with our unique technique used when fabricating solid surface material. Wall or cabinet mounted bench tops can be custom made to the length, depth and height you require, with your choice of over many different basin insert options mounded into them.

Our streamlined order process makes it easy for you to get your solid surface project underway quickly: All we need from you is the length, width, and depth of the top you require, your chosen basin insert and basin placement/s and we will prepare a dimensional drawing & quotation for sign-off. Templates are available to assist you with this.

Solid Surface Material

What is it?
It is a non-toxic composite material made from 70% Aluminum Trihydrate, natural mineral powders derived from bauxite.

How is it made?
The natural material is combined with polymer/polyester resins, pigments, hard-eners & catalysts, using eco-friendlyproduction methods.

How do I care for it?
Easy day-to-day cleaning can be done with water and a sponge. Refer our cleaning guide or online videos for more stubborn marks.

Customisable Vanity Service

To match our Made to Measure washbasins and bench tops, we also offer a customisation service for all our NZ Made Bathroom Furniture Collections;  Hampton, Linea, Reflex, Prava, Stanza, Frame, Ply25, Vista, Trestle & Quantum. We can make any of these cabinets longer, higher or deeper and can modify them with the likes of extra drawers or doors, bespoke handles or custom colours. Cabinetry options include oak veneer, solid timber, plywood, thermoform and melamine to perfectly match your interior design requirements.
