About us
Our Story
The Plumbline story began in 1990 with my father founding the business as a retail bathroom showroom as an extension to his commercial plumbing business. Beginning initially with a small range of very boutique bathroom collections, the business has steadily grown to become a recognised industry leader in the New Zealand market.
Plumbline today offers one of the most extensive bathroom collections in New Zealand, through our locally designed and manufactured products and our exclusive imported brands. We ensure our customers experience the very latest in designer styles and innovation and are here to inspire, create and supply everything you need for your new bathroom.

Family Owned & Operated
Established in 1990 by Wellington plumber Geoff Wallace, Plumbline continues to be owned and operated by the Wallace family to this day. Strong family values and a sense of tradition and history are also echoed in the cultures of our suppliers and staff.

Exceptional Products
We have an unparalleled range of locally designed and exclusively imported contemporary and traditional bathroom products that are exceptional in their quality, functionality and design.

Warranties & Support
We provide full warranties and support for every product we sell. Beyond the fine print, we also take a ‘commonsense’ approach to resolving any issues, and strive to offer solutions and keep our customers happy as best we can.

Our Environmental Policy
As an organisation our policy is to act responsibly and with consideration across the many communities we operate in. We proactively support a variety of charities and ensure we have sustainable practices within our organisation as well as those of our brand partner. We seek out and partner with boutique family businesses over large corporate companies, with strong family values and a sense of tradition and history, and who share our culture of respect for people, respect for communities and respect for the environment.
Our brand partners contribute a range of environmental practices, including certifications from ISO, recycled waste management, conserving water, utilising natural energy, such as solar power, and manufacturing from local or recycled materials.
